OUR COMPANY
Becovic Holdings Corporation, founded in 2005, is the latest branch of a family enterprise that has been assisting real estate investors, property owners and tenants in the Chicago area for more than 40 years. We specialize in multi-family units that offer a touch of luxury for sophisticated residents.
Our property management team provides a wide range of services
that include leasing, marketing, screening and much more. From O'Hare to Rockford, we have multi-family units that are designed to offer more than the average rental property.
Essentially, we are here to do the hard work of improving and managing properties to take the pressure off of our our partners and clients so they can simply enjoy the fruits of their investments.
OUR HISTORY
It started with these two. Husband and wife team, Mr. and Mrs. Becovic emigrated from Montenegro to Chicago in 1968 and started multifamily investing with the goal of satisfying residents, improving cash flow and becoming important citizens in their community.
